What does UX mean?
UX refers to User eXperience, and there are many contributing factors that combine to create a positive (or negative) user experience. A memorable user experience is dependent on the design of a usable interface, organized information architecture, engaging visuals & photography, arresting copy, optimized code, etc.

Who is the Author?
I’m Bradley Hebdon and I have been designing professionally since 1992. My background lies in psychology, visual design and photography and ten years ago I made the transition into user experience design and information architecture. Since 2007, I’ve been positioned as Manager of Information Architecture at the NFL. Here, I focus on user experience strategy, planning and design, as well as user research and usability studies.
